Welcome to Sherman Street Church!
As part of our mission to be a living testimony of God's grace and justice in our city, we at Sherman Street Christian Reformed Church seek to be a congregation that affirms and invites all into the life and fellowship of the church, regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, marital status, physical or mental ability, age, or economic status. You are loved and welcome here.
We are now worshiping in-person on Sunday mornings at 10:30am EST. We'll also offer the services virtually for now via Zoom livestream. (If you missed a service, email the office for the link to the recording.) Due to the increased transmission of COVID in our community, we strongly encourage wearing masks during all indoor gatherings at Sherman Street regardless of vaccination status. We want to protect those who remain unvaccinated, especially those who are under 12 or immunocompromised.
PEOPLE OF THE BOOK: Join us on our year(ish) long journey through the Bible which continues through the end of October. Each week we'll focus on a different book of the Bible with a video overview of the book from The Bible Project and then a sermon which highlights one of the themes present in the book.
